Haiti's Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSCCA) has found significant irregularities in the management of Haiti's Consulate General in Guadeloupe between February 2012 and November 2018, according to an audit report covered by Le Nouvelliste on October 27.
The auditors recommended that the court's judges and Parliament take the appropriate legal measures over the consulate's management during that period. Their review also examined how revenue from passports and other consular services was collected.
The portion of Le Nouvelliste's report available to readers did not name the officials concerned or give any amounts.
