Terms of Use

By using lesoulouquois.com, its newsletters, Le Soulouquois TV and Radyo Soulouquois, you agree to these terms. Our articles, photographs, video and audio are protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotations with credit to Le Soulouquois. You may not republish full articles without written permission.

Photographs from Wikimedia Commons remain under their own licenses, listed on our photo credits page. Comments and submissions must be lawful and respectful. We may remove content that harasses, threatens or misleads.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to give us: your email address and preferences when you subscribe, your contact details when you book a call, and whatever you include in a news tip. We use it to send what you asked for and to reply to you.

When you buy from our shop, payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email, shipping address and order details, but never your full card number. We keep order records as the law requires for tax and accounting.

We never sell your personal information. Tips can be sent anonymously. To see, correct or delete your data, write to privacy@lesoulouquois.com. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookie Policy

The site stores your theme, language and region choices in your browser. Our shop uses cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working.

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Learn more, or turn off personalized ads, at Google's advertising policy ↗ and Ads Settings ↗. Where the law requires it, for example for visitors in the EU, the UK and Canada, we ask for your consent before these cookies are used.

Store Policy

Payments: We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and PayPal. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Shipping: Physical items ship within 5–7 business days. Tracking is sent by email. Delivery times and costs to Haiti and other international destinations are shown at checkout.

Returns: Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Items that arrive damaged are replaced free of charge. Contributions and newsletter sponsorships are non-refundable once published. To start a return, email partner@lesoulouquois.com with your order number.

Accessibility

We design Le Soulouquois to work with screen readers and keyboards, in light and dark modes, and on any screen size. Every photo has a text description, and video and audio programs will carry captions and transcripts.
