Entr'Elles Haïti, a network of young women, marked its fifth anniversary with a general assembly at the Gymnasium du Champ de Mars in Cap-Haïtien, Juno7 reported.
Members, partners and allies opened the day with a networking reception, followed by testimonies, a presentation of the network's main achievements and an open discussion.
Over five years, the group has built its work around leadership and solidarity among young women, with the aim of giving members a space to share ideas, build their skills and find support from other women. The discussions focused on young women's place in society, their initiatives and the support networks the organization wants to strengthen.
