Haiti's Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed a contract with Drake Ventures LLC, the firm of Trump ally Roger Stone, to carry out issue advocacy with the U.S. government, according to a filing under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

The contract pays $65,000 a month, up to $780,000 over its first year, runs from September 2, 2026, and renews automatically. It names no specific officials or policy goals. Opposition leader André Michel called it an exorbitant waste of public funds for a country in Haiti's situation.
